Jacques Kibambe Ngoie, PhD


Jacques is an astute academic and he is presently Director of Research at RMT
laboratory in Chicago, USA, and adjunct Professor at Roosevelt University, Chicago
campus, in the USA. Previously, he held the positions of Senior Lecturer and Associate
Professor of Economics respectively at the University of Pretoria and the University of
Witwatersrand in South Africa. Jacques has received several academic awards for his
outstanding performance and he has presented numerous lectures and papers at
leading international conferences across the world. He has also consulted several
times for the World Bank and the International Monetary Fund. He is presently a
member of the American Economic Association, the American Statistical Association
and the Economic Society of South Africa. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the
University of Lubumbashi (DRC), a Master and PhD from the University of Pretoria in
South Africa. Jacques is currently in charge of the economics and finance commission
for the Ndjandja project.
